Important in every training session we have had are the number of "reps" that we do of any given exercise. I wish I had counted the reps of the number of times my wife and I have said--in talking about the past weird year--"Thank heavens for Krissa and training."
It has been our main outlet at a time when few were available. We continue to enjoy our time together and I know I speak for the entire family in thanking Krissa for her effort. To be able to train people who are as old as my wife and I and equally handle the training of the rest of the family (including our granddaughters!) required an emphasis on the individual needs that we each have. Yet she does this flawlessly and with great encouragement and guidance. This talent, it seems to me, is quite rare and it is our good fortune to have tapped into it.
