How to start.
Set your timer for 4 mins.
You will start with 8 reps of each of the following exercises.
Once you complete 8 reps for each exercise then move to 6 reps then 4, 2
If you get down to 2 reps then finish out the 4 mins with body weight squats until the timer is up!
