TOTAL BODY 4 MIN METCON


Get a total body workout in 4 minutes with these 4 exercises.

  1. plank jacks

  2. sprawlers

  3. front rack squats

  4. reverse lunge

How to start.

  1. Set your timer for 4 mins.

  2. You will start with 8 reps of each of the following exercises.

  3. Once you complete 8 reps for each exercise then move to 6 reps then 4, 2

  4. If you get down to 2 reps then finish out the 4 mins with body weight squats until the timer is up!
