No Time to Workout?

I hear it over and over... ‘I don’t have the time to work out’. 10-20 mins and some weights is all you need for this total upper body workout video.




I added an extra 5 mins of bonus body weight work as well if you can squeeze in 15 mins (but no pressure) If you are feeling sore the next day and need a recovery workout try The 45 min 'Shoulder Mobility' Restorative Yoga class for an upper body release and a relaxing wind down.


Quick Upper Body Workout Equipment: -2 sets of weights heavier and moderate (I used 10 lbs and 12 lbs) -A mat if you are joining for the 5 mins of bonus body weight work. Breakdown: 3x2 supersets Exercises: 1. Alternating single arm neutral grip shoulder press 1. Shoulder press (eccentrically focused) 2. Bicep Curl (eccentrically focused) 2. Alternating single arm cross body curls 3. Overhead tricep extension (eccentrically focused) 3. Bent over alternating tricep extensions.
