Have you found yourself reaching for the ice cream more often then you would like to admit? (Me over here raising two hands) This has been my GO-TO healthy snack for when I am craving a little something sweet. Well, all I can say is.. you're welcome :)
Ingredients:
2-3 mini bananas (they need to be ripe and can have a little brown on them)
¼ cup coconut milk (from can not carton) .. make sure you mix it before!
Dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice seasoning
1 drop vanilla extract
Cacao nibs
One spoon of peanut butter or nut butter
Instructions:
Mash up bananas with fork
Add coconut cream, spices and vanilla and continue mashing until banana chunks are gone
Put in freezer for 5-10 minutes
Remove from freezer and sprinkle with cacao nibs
Add dollop of nut butter on side
Ps: Try adding some protein powder to the mashed bananas (note: that you will need to add more coconut cream to balance out consistancy)
