strength training program with a warm-up, step by step instructions, sets, reps and videos for each exercise.
You will have access to me as well! Ask me any questions about your workout or send me videos about your form. 💁🏻♀️
You also have access to the complete On Demand Library filled with HIIT, yoga and stretching classes.

Each workout is programed to create long lean muscle mass 💪 with specific exercises, sets, and repetitions all loaded into your easy to follow app! You have the option to watch a short demo video and or read step by step directions for each exercise to feel confident while you lift
